SSA Disability Advocates of Michigan PLLC. was established by Dr. Hallman in order to promote comprehensive disability representation for SSDI and SSI claimants. Dr. Hallman has earned a doctorate degree within the area of "Law and Public Policy Administration" with a published dissertation titled Understanding Judiciary Interpretation of a Qualified Disability Post ADA Amendments.
Dr. Hallman is a social scientist and performs qualitative and quantitative studies in the area of disability and public policy laws. Pragmatically, these endeavors are to establish whether disability laws and or public policy laws are advantageous or disadvantageous for disabled people; thus, aiding and promoting equality for disabled individuals.
Additionally, Dr. Hallman is currently published by the International Academy of Business and Public Administration Disciplines, ScholarWorks, ProQuest, and currently awaiting a new publication in the Global Journal of Business Research. He also has research privileges at Walden University and lectures in various venues on disability research findings and disability equality.
Furthermore, he is also an Accredited Disability Representative (ADR) recognized by the Social Security Administration to practice administrative disability law relating to SSDI and SSI claims for claimant benefits and auxiliary benefits. These privileges conferred to Dr. Hallman by the Social Security Administration office are as follows but not limited to:
1. Represent on your behalf before Social Security;
2. Procure information from your Social Security file;
3. Obtaining medical records or information to support your claim;
4. Represent you for any interview, conference, or hearing you have with Social Security;
